X-MINING Thick Film Pastes

Thick film paste is made from metallic powder, glass powder, inorganic oxide powder, resins, etc., dispersed in organic solvent in a paste form according to the required functions.
In addition to electrical properties, Thick film paste is required to satisfy the requirements for uniform dispersion, smoothness and adhesion after drying, and shrinkage characteristics on sintering. They are used as electrodes, resistors, and insulators in small electronic devices.
Sumitomo Metal Mining is one of the few manufacturers that have both metal powder production and paste technology for thick film, and we are able to provide thick film pastes that meets the needs of customers.
