X-MINING Pigments and Dyes
Pigments are powders used for coloring and have properties that are insoluble in water, alcohol, etc. Coloring is obtained by dispersing pigments in a binder (with a fixing agent) and coating on the surface.
On the other hand, those that dissolve in water, alcohol, etc. are called dyes.
Pigments are largely classified into "inorganic pigments" and "organic pigments", and inorganic pigments are made from natural minerals and metal oxides. Organic pigments are made from petroleum and other materials.
